We provide special knowledge-based training and awareness workshops for parents and teachers. With the evolution of our children, technologies and ever demanding lifestyles, it becomes naturally difficult to know how best to manage our children, both at homes and in the classrooms. We are here as your support system. The three main topics our workshops cover are:
Short, intensive sessions focused on specific skills like leadership, public speaking, or time management
Coaches or mentors guide individuals to set and achieve personal or career goals.
Programs to develop employee skills in areas like leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork
Therapeutic interventions and intervention strategies designed for personalised use
Focus on mental and emotional health, incorporating practices like meditation, stress management, and gratitude exercises
Using psychological assessment tools like motivational questionnaires and personality tests to understand their strengths, individual motivators and personality traits.
In 2013, Government of India enacted the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, also called as the POSH Act. The Act holds an organization and the employer responsible for taking measures to prevent incidents of sexual harassment at workplace. The Act also lays down several measures for organizations to be compliant to the Act. One of them involves using training programs and other initiatives to raise POSH knowledge among all employees within the company regarding their roles and responsibilities. Such trainings ought to be held at least twice a year.
First of all, POSH training is mandatory by law. If the legislation is broken, the organization may face severe consequences, such as a hefty fine for a first offense and the termination of its business license for subsequent offenses. Furthermore, only having a law is insufficient. Even after experiencing discomfort or a violation, women frequently wonder if a certain behavior qualifies as sexual harassment. Therefore, it’s critical that workers understand what goes and doesn’t constitute sexual harassment in the workplace.
