She is a psychologist and psychotherapist by profession, with extensive experience in social work. She worked as a Program Manager for Creating Protective Environment for Access to Child Protection Services across 12 districts in West Bengal, in partnership with UNICEF.
With over 10 years of experience, she's a practicing psychologist, psychotherapist and social worker. In 2022-23, was selected as a WomenLeaders India Fellow by Reliance Foundation & Vital Voices Global Network, chosen among 50 leaders from across India.
